    Jasak, H.: A Consistent Derivation of the Sea-Ice Model Using Conditional Averaging. I am particularly interested in comments on this paper: the derivation is mathematically correct, but it seems to me that the muddle in the numerics prevalent in this field is hiding the problem with the equations.

  8. A series of lectures on CFD and the Finite Volume Method at the Federico Santa Maria Technical University in Valparaiso, Chile to the students at the Mechanical Engineering Department and other interested parties in October 2005. As a part of the visit, a collaboration on simulations of free surface flows and use of OpenFOAM has been initiated.
